If managing your rental property is stressful, I'm the property manager for you! I have over 15 years of experience in managing private residences in Maryland and the District of Columbia. My services through Residential Property Services, Inc. include:

Collect rent and disburse proceeds monthly to owner(s)
Pay monthly mortgage/condo/HOA where applicable
Coordinate repairs between contractors and tenants
Inspect premises periodically as mutually agreed
Provide owner with monthly itemized statement of repairs and services
Provide emergency assistance to tenant(s)
Renew lease with current tenant(s)
Prepare lease with new tenant(s)
Obtain credit report on prospective tenants
Available 24 hours a day / 365 days per year
Low Monthly Property Management Fee

When a property is listed for rent with Residential Property Services, Inc., a FOR RENT sign will be placed on the property with owner(s) approval and the property will be advertised in the local newspapers and on the internet. All newspaper advertising placed by Residential Property Services, Inc. will be reimbursed by Owner per Rental Authorization Agreement.
